I’m Bryan, the sole trader behind White Star Property Services. I personally manage refurbishment projects, coordinate independent trades and undertake agreed preparation and finishing work.
I have bought, refurbished and sold multiple rundown properties, carrying out much of the work myself and managing trades along the way.
That hands-on experience shapes my approach today: make considered decisions, keep communication clear and give the finishing details the attention they deserve.
